Refund and Returns Policy

At Nikharo, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in packing and delivering healthy plants and quality products. However, if you face any issues with your order, we’re here to help.

Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of plants and live products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product was dead or severely damaged on arrival

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • You must provide clear photos or videos of the product

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Healthy plants delivered successfully

  • Items damaged due to improper care after delivery

  • Orders with incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Products returned without prior approval

  • Clearance or sale items (if mentioned as non-refundable)


3. Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved:

  • A replacement or refund will be issued based on availability

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refund amount may vary depending on the issue


4. Replacement Policy

If your plant or product arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • We will arrange a free replacement, or

  • Offer a refund if replacement is not possible

You must share:

  • Order ID

  • Images/videos of the product

  • Unboxing video (if available)


5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days
